How do I pay for my order? Our preferred method is PayPal. It offers an easy-to-use shopping cart and provides our buyers with a safe and secure checkout system. Paypal now offers us the ability to accept all major credit cards without you having to creatye an account! Note: If you pay with Paypal using a Pending ECheck...we wait until that check has cleared before mailing your items. W e also accept check and money orders. We typically hold checks ten days to make sure they clear before shipping your order. Cricket Press no longer prints other designer's work. We consider ourselves a Design & Print company…not just a print company. We'd be happy to print any design you'd like us to create for you!
	How can we get started on a Job with Cricket Press? Just contact us about your project. We can offer you a Job Estimate based on your ideas. Once an estimate is established and approved we'll send you a Job Description and Contract. This, along with a downpayment, will lock you into our Job Queue. We average a 4 week turn around.
How long will it take to process my order? Cricket Press ships packages twice a week. We cannot promise your package will be shipped the exact day you order, but will be mailed the same week.	The poster I want says SOLD OUT…does that mean you can’t print one more? Exactly! We print all our posters in a numbered edition. “Sold out” means all of that given edition has been sold. We never reprint gigposters.
What is your shipping method? We ship items in sturdy tubes, cardboard sleeves and/or padded mailers...USPS First Class / Priority Mail depending upon size & weight or First Class International. The rise of USPS postage, along with shipping materials are why we charge our rates. We package our items with tender loving care...just for you!!!	Do you do custom work? Absolutely! If you have any project you want us to design and print...we would be happy to create something specifically for you!
Do you ship internationally? Yes! But please email us first so we can give you the correct shipping charge. All our charges are set up for domestic shipping only.	Why do some posters cost more than others? This all depends on a number of given variables….the size, the print-run, the amount of colors, the quantity we still have in stock. Any of these can determine what we choose to sell a given print.
What medium is your work? The majority of our posters and card sets are screen-printed…though we also provide letterpress services and have created some posters and cards with this method.	What is your refund/return policy? We want you to be happy with your items and we will accept returns or exchanges for most items (non-custom orders) within 30 days of the shipping date if your order is damaged in shipping. Just contact us to arrange for a refund/exchange. Returns or exchanges made without prior approval may not be accepted. Goods must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Note that original and return shipping charges are non-refundable and are the full responsibility of the customer.
What is a screen print? It’s a print created through the process of printing through a coated screen. Every color requires a new screen and therefore another run. Our posters are not reproductions or printed from a computer. They are hand-printed using only ink, paper, a squeegee, and a screen.
What do you mean by hand-printed and/or limited edition? Hand-printed means the item was not mass-produced using a machine. Our posters and art prints are original screen-prints lovingly created and touched by our hands. They are all produced in a limited edition. This means an entire edition is printed at one time, never to be reprinted. This maintains the integrity of the edition and why they are all numbered and signed.	What's your privacy policy? We take your privacy seriously and will never share your personal information. Information obtained from our buyers is general in nature and is never shared with a third party. If you join our mailing list, your address is only used by us and will NEVER be sold or distributed to a third party.
